IIM-B awards gold medal to PIB officer |

Bangalore: The Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B) has awarded gold medal to Mr. Alok Mishra, Deputy Director in Press Information Bureau (PIB), Mumbai.
Mr. Mishra, has topped the Post-Graduate Programme in Public Policy and Management (PGPPM) at IIM, Bangalore. |

He was awarded gold medal by former Chief Justice of India and NHRC Chairman Mr. M. N. Venkatchalliah at the convocation function.
Mr Mishra, has done his graduation from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT-D), joined the Indian Information Service (IIS) in 1998.
During more than 10 years in the government, he had stints with Doordarshan News, New Delhi and Directorate of Public Relations (Ministry of Defence), Mumbai.
