Prospectus and Application form for All India Common Entrance Examination may be obtained from the Registrar by post by sending a requisition letter along with a Demand Draft for Rs.1100/-(Rupees One thousand one hundred only) drawn in favour of "The Registrar, Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute Medical Sciences" Payable at Chennai or in person by paying Rs.1000/- ( Rupees One Thousand only) at the
